The SIA provides specialised management support services of organizations. These services include the conduct of audits, management assessment and support in the implementation of management systems for the purposes of certification, or not. All these services are tailor-made by defining the scope, the detail of the resources needed and proper work plan.

The environmental assessment service is aimed at SMEs to ensure compliance with the environmental legal requirements, as well as improve their environmental performance. SIA stands as an external Environmental Department of our client. SIA assumes the bureaucratic component, the interconnection with external entities (including suppliers and official authorities), the monitoring of environmental aspects associated with the environmental management, thus contributing to resource consumption optimisation of our client and to improve their image with their employees, customers, partners and society in general.

The Management Systems services include the implementation of management systems in the light of the different normative standards so as to carry out audits in these systems. The normative benchmarks include, but are not limited to, the following standards: Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001 and EMAS Regulation), Health and Safety at Work (OHSAS 18001), Social Responsibility (SA 8000 or NP 4469), IDI – Investigation, Development and Innovation (NP 4457), Industrial Safety (A SGSPAG – APA), Food Security (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC) and Energy (ISO 50001).


SIA supports organisations in the implementation of management systems, as well as in the preparation for the certification on these normative standards.

SIA conducts audits of different typologies, 1st, 2nd or 3rd party, which include: internal audits the management systems and to the main international standards and benchmarks or even customer benchmarks. These include those frameworks, among others the following: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS; OHSAS 18001; SA 8000; NP 4469; IDI – NP 4457; SGSPAG; ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC and ISO 50001.

SIA workforce includes auditors with hundreds audits per year. To support the transition of these standards SIA also performs he required Gap Analysis.
